As a kid, I always dreamed of running businesses. But not just any business, restaurant businesses. Asia Street was created after travelling through Asia with my best mate, where upon our return, I realised that Asian street food deserved a much better representation in the western world. I wanted to re-create the vibrancy and excitement found on the many streets of Asia, and share it with all my friends. I wanted to keep is simple, cheap, and damn delicious—everything Asian street food is about.
